Study, research and a great desire to share are the basis of this book by Martino Liuzzi, trainer, consultant, member of the Italian Association of Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition, president of the Artisan Gelato Study Center of Agugliano. A curriculum which validates the work that has seen him engaged for years in the formulation of an optimal, healthy gelato, with specific characteristics from a nutritional point of view, in order to transform it into a functional food, rich in organoleptic properties, balanced, healthy, genuine. And not just greedy.
