Gisella Gellini, architetto, si è laureata a Firenze con una tesi sulladi Ferrara” (XIV sec.). Ricercatrice della cultura della luce con partico-lareriferimento alla Light Art, ottiene la collaborazione e la consulenzadel collezionista Giuseppe Panza di Biumo. Nel 2009 è stata curatriceper l’esposizione “Dan Flavin nella Collezione Panza”al Museo Berardo–Lisbona; a Milano, dell’installazione di Nicola Evangelisti “Light Blade”a Villa Reale.Nel 2010 della mostra “Luces. Light art from Italy”, col-lettiva di artisti italiani della luce e nel 2012 della mostra JETZTArchäologische Schatten di Fabrizio Corneli, entrambe allestite alMuseo Archeologico di Francoforte.Attualmente insegna alla Scuoladel Design del Politecnico di Milano e partecipa a corsi, seminari eworkshops come esperta di Light Art. Gisella Gellini, Architect, graduated in Florence with a study about therefurbishment and museum layout of Schifanoia Palace in Ferrara (XIVcentury). After that, she attended research courses and masters in ex-perimental aesthetics focused on the space-time-light topics. A re-searcher in the field of the light’s culture, with a particularreference toLight Art, she obtained the co-operation and consultancy of the greatart colector Giuseppe Panza di Biumo. In 2009 she was curator of theexhibition“Dan Flavin in the Panza Collection”, set up at the BerardoMuseum, Lisboa and of the Nicola Evangelisti’installation “LightBlade”,Villa Reale, Milan. In 2010 she was the curator of “Luces. LightArt from Italy”, a collective exhibition of Italian light’s artists and in 2012of the exibition JETZT Archäologische Schatten by Fabrizio Corneli,bot set up at the Archaeological Museum of Frankfurt.She currentlyco-operates with and carries out didactical activities for the Light andColour Laboratory of theMilan’s Polythecnic, while helding courses,seminars and workshops as Light Art ex
