The three essays contained in this volume, all concerning the general subject of «innovation», have the merit, that is a kind of extra-value added to the specific contribution of each one, to offer an overview, precisely defined with reference to emblematic cases, of the way in which the general subject changes according to the different approaches – legal, managerial and political – in which the social reality can be considered. Furthermore, this can allow the careful reader to better understand their basic unity, their conversion into an essentially unitary reality that can be distinguished only for analytical purposes.
