Recent Progress In Function Spaces

This volume cotains nine articles (by A. Di Concilio and S. A. Naimpally, D. Dikranjan, G. Di Maio and E. Meccariello, S. P. Gul'ko, L. Holà, H. - P. A. Künzi, W. Marciszewski, R. A. McCoy, S. A. Naimpally). The paper Of A. Di Concilio and S. A. Naimpally deals with a new class of function space topologies, – the proximal set-open topologies (POST) on the set of continuos functions and also on partial maps, by using proximity on the range space. Comparisons of POST with set-open topologies, uniform topologies, grph, Whitney and Krikorian topologies are given.
