Nonstructural Seismic Prevention And Rehabilitation

The book results from the international cooperation project, whose title is “Nonstructural seismic prevention and rehabilitation. A comparison between the two seismic prevention cultures in order to draft some guide lines for use manual of scholastic buildings”, funded within the CoRI 2005/2006 program of the University of Palermo. For this great occasion, the University of Palermo has met the University of Berkeley, USA, represented by professor Mary C. Comerio, Chair Department of Architecture. In this book we present the acts of the round table and specified reports. We find also the results of workshop and proposed analytical surveys and graphics. Finally there are some thorough analysis of the topic and simulations on study-cases.
