Sustainable fashion is one of the everyday trending topics on media and social networks. However, how sustainability can be really achieved and what kind of protections and legal framework are needed is still under discussion.

This book focuses on the legal issues related to sustainable fashion from different perspectives and different jurisdictions. A step towards a ‘legally’ sustainable fashion is a step towards our hope to fashion the Planet on sustainability: this is our wish.
