The first and the most important objection to which may feel exposed whoever decides to start the publication of a new scientific – in particular, mathematical – magazine, is that it was not needed at all, and that there all ready exist even too many showrooms for the new, more or less deep, meaningful and hidden, results with which the work of researches almost daily enriches our heritage of knowledge.
