An outline of business law

The book debates the various topics of business law and contains text and materials regarding, more specifically, contracts, torts and economics. Many relevant and actual topics are analyzed, as Gentlemen’s Agreements, Precontractual Information Duties, Disclosure in Negotiations, Credit Rating Agencies, with a specific focus on conflict of interests and liability for damages caused by CRA, Cyber Law, the New Contract, Robot Law. A specific analysis has been done about the evolution of the new economy, about the globalisation’s effects on financial and banking system, about the influence on the markets of the new EU and international anti-money laundering legislation, and about the relevance of the consumer law, with specific regard to the New Deal for Consumers.
