A Philosophical Introduction To Law

What is law? It is a simple question, but the answer is extremely complex. When we ask this question we expect a conceptual definition of law in the answer. Different definitions exist; each definition depends on a different approach to law and on a different theory or conception of law. The philosophy of law goes back to conceptual premises of the definition of law and seeks a justification of the meaning and value of law. This book is an introduction to philosophy of law, with a critical analysis of its theories and concepts.
